Product Availability
As you browse through our online catalogs, please refer to the detail page for information regarding shipping time and availability. Products that are "Available" are products that we have on-hand at our main location or that are on-hand at one of our warehouses. Products with a notation that reads "Usually ships within 3-5 Business Days" will need to be ordered from one of our warehouses. Rest assured that our attentive staff gives extremely prompt attention to all orders and we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order via e-mail correspondence. Items on-hand and ready to ship usually ship within 1-2 Business Days.
Although rare, there are cases from time to time when an ordered product becomes unavailable due to discontinuation or out-of-stock status at one of our warehouses. We will notify you immediately if this is the case, and offer a full refund for the item(s) in question.
Returns
Returns must be made within 14 days of confirmed receipt of item. Should a return be necessary, please notify us immediately. Once your returned package is received, one of our customer service representatives will contact you immediately to confirm receipt and determine next steps. All opened packages or articles that have been tampered with are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning one or more products, please provide any pertinent information in an e-mail to info@blackforesthobby.com.
Items must be received by Black Forest Hobby Supply Company in original condition or as agreed to by one of our customer service representatives. Unfortunately, Black Forest Hobby Supply Company cannot assume responsibility for damages to your package sustained during shipment.
